ANTI-SCALPING

To help get product to players and collectors rather than resellers, sealed TCG product may have its outer factory shrink wrap or case seal removed before shipping. This greatly reduces its resale value to scalpers and helps us keep stock available at fair prices.

The outer shrink wrap is a security seal applied by the manufacturer as transit protection for distribution to retailers. It is not part of the product. Its removal is disclosed before purchase, does not affect the contents, and is not a defect or grounds for return.

Buying multiple booster boxes in one order does not guarantee a full, factory-sealed case.

 

OUR GUARANTEE

Whether or not the outer seal is removed, all internal components are present, intact and 100% authentic. Booster packs and cards are unopened, unplayed and untampered with.

RETURNS

Because of the nature of TCG products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on sealed TCG product.

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us as soon as possible. Photos or an unboxing video help us resolve it quickly. For damage in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
