Black Heart Games & Leisure Pty Ltd, trading as Blackheart Games & Hobbies ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address
- Order details: products purchased, order history, pre-orders and event registrations
- Account details, if you create an account
- Information you send us, such as enquiries, contest entries and feedback
- Technical information collected through cookies, such as browser type, pages visited and items in your cart

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

2. HOW WE USE IT
- To process, deliver and support your orders, pre-orders and event tickets
- To manage your account, store credit, gift cards and loyalty points
- To respond to enquiries and run contests
- To prevent fraud and enforce our purchase limits
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

3. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share personal information only as needed to run our store, including with:
- Shopify (our online store and point-of-sale platform), including Shopify Email for marketing emails
- Payment providers: Shopify Payments (Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay), PayPal, Afterpay and Zip
- Australia Post (for delivery)
- Google Workspace (our business email provider)
- Event and organised play platforms, such as Best Coast Pairings, Wizards EventLink, Konami Card Game Network (KCGN) and Carde.io, when you register for events that use them

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We do not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. We use Shopify's built-in analytics. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work properly.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
